In Sept. 2009 we had the misfortune of having a fire in our new home which caused both interior and exterior damage.  After interviewing several local contractors for the job it was when Pat from D&M Home Improvements showed up at our home to give an estimate that we knew immediately we were dealing with a professional and the company we wanted for the job!  From his sincere concern for our situation, to his thorough examination of the damage, to his insightful questions and guidance and his extremely professional presentation, we were sold!  There was only one thing left to do and that was to speak with Pat about some concerns we had due to negative situations we had previously dealing with contractors.
